Our tress are wintering over in our temperature controlled storage building. In April when when they are out doors and when they leaf out we will update our stock, take orders and begin delivery. Feel free to email us with questions. With the recent lost of my father and my uncle replying to emails sometimes takes longer.
The "Le Potager du Roi" or the "Kitchen Garden of the King" is where much of the fruit and vegetables were grown for the French Royalty at the Palace of Versailles in the 18th century.
Apples, pears, peaches and other northern fruit are grown in elaborate espalier in rows.
Because they had a green house they were also able to grow oranges, lemons, pineapple and other tropical fruit.
