This French fig has purple skin and a red inside. It is a very sweet fig that tastes like berries to us. Some people say it is one of the best tasting of figs available.
It vigorous grower and a prolific producer of figs. It is similar to Negronne however it has smaller leaves, fewer freckles and maybe a slightly milder flavor.
